Red Plumbing is the only plumbing company I use. From the very beginning of scheduling, the ladies in the front office are extremely professional and have great attitudes. Even if the lines are busy and cant get to you, they call back! Not like any other service, that is a nightmare to have anyone call back. Once the scheduled date was here I am always greeted by the Technician and they are always professional. Since I have lived in this home I have always used RED Plumbing to do any work. They are great to work with, professional, and honest. I never feel taken advantage of for any of the work that has been needed. No job too small or too big. Red Plumbing is the best service in town, hands down!!! THANKS AGAIN RED PLUMBING!!!

Went fine. Was easy to get an appointment quickly. Workman arrived as scheduled and did the exact work needed. Answered my questions, cleaned up after his work. Would definitely hire again.

It went very well. Kevin is very knowledgeable and efficient. The only thing I would have done differently is to ask beforehand the name and model number of the water heater. I just found out during the online registration that the model installed is not energy star rated.

We obtained several estimates and time schedules and were happy with R.E.D.'s response. They were on time and replaced our old water heater, replacing a couple of the plumbing lines. Just in time it turns out...as lots of debris came out from our old one.

They first said there was no leak and we would wait to see if any water returned. That was 142.00. The leak was still there. R.E.D Plumbing came back. I was working so I let him into the garage because he thought the leak was coming from the water heater. I didn't hear from him all day. When I got home there was a large square cut in my bedroom drywall. I didn't give permission to go into my house much less cut up my wall. Then it turns out that the leak is in a different area and the pipe he replaced was too small. It wouldn't give enough water pressure. I had him come out to look at the flood and it took him over 2hours to come out and I never got him on the phone. I never heard from him again. Now I have to repair my pipe and drywall. To make matters worse. I received a bill for 400.00. I feel like they took advantage of me.

Our service technician, Bryan did an excellent job.  He was very professional, considerate and patient.  He listened carefully to our requests and addressed all our concerns.  We were very comfortable with him and happy with his work.  We will specifically request him the next time we need a plumber.

Meegan was outstanding with turning around a long to do list of plumbing-related tasks, scheduling & invoicing my project. Travis, who performed the work at my home, was professional, worked efficiently and contacted me with questions & concerns. RED Plumbing exceeded my expectations and has earned my future plumbing related business.

The original house plumbing design included use of PEX supply lines in place of the usual copper pipes.  Since the builder was already using PEX lines, we requested that they modify the original plumbing plans to include a PEX distribution manifold with individual supply lines to the end fixtures.  We also added a whole-house charcoal filter, an upgraded water softener, and a soft-water hose bib in the garage (for washing the cars in the driveway).  The addition of the manifold required Mandalay and RED to do some extensive modifications to the original rough-in plumbing, as the individual fixture supply lines had to be laid before the concrete slab was poured.  The builder and RED modified the original house plumbing system design, and a 36-outlet PEX manifold was installed in the wall adjacent to the  entrance door between the garage and the house.  A second 6-outlet manifold was installed to supply the non-filtered/softened water to the two outside hose bibs.  The work was done as contracted and so far everything is working as advertised.  We had one small leak develop at the input for the water softener in the garage; I called RED and a technician came out that same afternoon and re-soldered the connection.  There have been no more issues.
I didn't include pricing information because all costs were rolled into the initial contract for the house, so the prices may or may not be representative of what RED would charge for independent work at your house.  As near as I could tell from online searches, the prices for the various work items were in line with other companies.
We plan on adding a point-of-use electric water heater under the kitchen sink to supply hot water to the sink and dishwasher, along with a reverse osmosis system for the sink and refrigerator ice-maker.  I plan to call RED to perform that work when we get around to it.
