We were referred to the Blind Brothers by Five Brothers Flooring in Prescott Valley. We made an appointment for an estimate (we wanted wood shutters for the entire house to match one set already in place in the living room) they arrived on time, answered our questions, understood what we wanted, and took measurements. They quoted us a price, we approved, and they gave us an approximate install date. We paid the required deposit and they said they'd keep in touch. We had a few follow-up questions which were answered quickly and, based on their answers, we made a small adjustment to our order. They immediately credited the adjusted amount to our invoice. The shutters were completed a little earlier than expected and install date was set up. The installer arrived on time and completed the install in just a few hours.
We are more than pleased with the quality of the shutters, not only to do they look great but they really give the rooms a custom touch. However, our highest praise is reserved for the Blind Brothers. They are consummate professionals, take pride in their work (they carry an album of pictures showing examples of some of their previous installs), and we found their prices very reasonable. Would we use them again? You bet.

At first, they wanted to postpone the installation due to an employee problem. But the two brothers came and installed all 12 of the shutters in about 4 hours without a hitch. Teamwork!!

Great! This was for a rental unit I own, and the service was fast(next day repaired)and courteous. They even gave me a discount on price.
