Sunsplash Pools and Spas

From our initial visit to the Sunsplash store in Cottonwood to the final day of hot tub installation, we were totally impressed with this company and the work they performed. Roger, the designer, came up with a beautiful and creative plan for the area we wanted to place our hot tub. His attention to detail and perfection are amazing. Both he and Matt came promptly every day for almost 2 weeks to execute the plan.  They both were friendly, helpful and patient with our questions and ideas. After building the rock walls and laying the pavers, they carefully delivered and installed the hot tub making sure that our existing landscape wasn't harmed in the process.  Our hot tub area looks like something out of a magazine!  The whole team gets an A++ !  Exceptional work.

the control box came and I was charged over 500.00 bucks to pay for the control box and to have it put in.   After they left , the box never worked correctly.    I kept calling and calling and they ignored my calls.   To this day , I have never heard from them to fix my control box and as far as I am concerned.  they bilked me out of a lot of money and never corrected the problem  I was sold a box that did not work.  AND they had nerve to take the old box with them.  ( they prob repaired that one and sold it too )   I would NEVER use this service nor buy anything from the store.   Go to Walmart.  or Home Depot
