Our experience was dramatically different from other reviews. First of all it is hard to find ANY vendor willing to install built-in propane appliances. Answering the phone and not immediately saying "no" earns at least 3 stars. Hassan went well beyond that. He showed up at exactly the scheduled time, had the necessary trolley jack to do the installation as a one person job and most importantly was able to re-work the 40 year old fittings. Of course I wish all work was free but the $225 charge was less than half of the Angi quote for the same job and I was not charged extra for the fact it took 2 hours to complete what could have been a 1 hour job in the fantasy scenario where everything "just works."

They made 7 visits, charged us for parts that clearly were not needed, and in the end were unable to fix the appliance. We had to hire another firm.
