Providing Fabulous Window Fashions & Flooring since 1978. Five employees in the Verde Valley location, and one in Prescott area. We do subcontracting on large jobs and are the longest standing window treatments/flooring business in the Verde Valley & now do window treatments & outdoor shades in the Prescott Quad cities (no flooring). We offer 18 mo. interest-free financing and accept all major credit cards. We service everything we sell and even offer a limited lifetime repair warranty on everything we sell.

Company rep arrived promptly to every appointment. He came with a plethora of samples. He was courteous, accommodating, and helpful. His predictions on delivery and installation dates were precise. The installer (different from the rep) was affable and efficient. Installation went quickly and without incident.
There was and is an issue with the Hunter-Douglas product itself, however. Some vanes hung in a manner that allowed light to show unevenly between them when closed. "The Picture Window" responded quickly to our concern. Rep ordered replacement vanes. The first batch of replacement vanes didn't solve the problem and additionally were 1/8" shorter than the originals. We were told that Hunter-Douglas admitted they cut the vanes to the wrong length. They sent another 10 vanes. These were the correct length, but still didn't overlap evenly -- most DID overlap evenly, but not ALL. I had expected for the price paid and the Hunter-Douglas name that the verticals would fit and overlap evenly. We all have different ideas of "quality." I may have expected too much.
Also be advised that the vertical vane adjacent to the twist wand won't lay flat (or slightly overlay) on its adjacent vane when closed because the wand mechanism keeps it from doing so - a design flaw. That defect added to the less than high quality look of the closed blinds.
