We have been customers of Connolly for a few years now. They are prompt and courteous, and they clearly put the customer's needs first. Their inspections are never used as a pretext to selling us repairs we don't need. When we had a furnace breakdown on the weekend (and aren't they always on the weekend?) they came out right away and had us up and running in no time. Mike was out today and did thorough inspection of our furnace. I was given a detailed explanation of everything he found. Since I am not able to climb ladders any more, we had a couple of small tasks like changing smoke detector batteries and replacing a burned out floodlight in out kitchen. We have eleven foot ceilings, and one of the smokies was over our bed, very hard to get to. Mike cheerfully took care of these little tasks and did not charge us anything even though it probably wasn't a normal part of the inspection. Their pricing is reasonable and customer service is top-notch. We would never think of going somewhere else.

Had tried using the original contractor who installed both units when the house was built. They were out several times and failed to find and fix the Freon leak on one unit and misdiagnosed the cause of the flash fire on the heating side, and gave me a farfetched diagnosis of the likely issue on the main unit that would require opening walls or replacing major parts. I knew of Connolly and called them after receiving a recommendation from a friend. Johnny came out in a timely manner; was courteous, knowledgeable, and able to explain the issues so that a plan of action could be formulated. He followed up with a service call to fix the heating unit. He found that the valve on the Freon system was leaking and fixed it on one unit. Together we developed a plan for testing the other unit once the heat of summer was over. The bill for repairing the heating unit was one third of the other contractor’s estimate. More than the savings, I felt confident in the competence of Johnny and the Connelly team. I will continue calling them when I have service needs.

It took him a long time and he was unable to figure out the problem or fix 2/3 of my issues. Rewiring was his solution. I felt moderately ok with this service until a few days later I went around the side of my house and saw the state he had left my electrical panel in. It was open and exposed, as you can see in the photo. I immediately called Leslie who profusely apologized and assured me the eletrician felt really bad about it and would come and take care of it right away. But he did not do so for 4 days. By the time he came over a week after my appointment and after it had been left open a week I was no longer feeling good about their service in any way. I suggested to Leslie a partial refund would be fair, based on this service. She assured me she would have the owner get back to me but this was not done.

Called to let me know they were running about 30 minutes late. The team of 2 were friendly and professional. Had a great sense of humor.
Explained everything I didn't know about septic systems and answered all my questions. Showed me every aspect of the septic system and how it worked. Went above and beyond the actual service call to evaluate the leach bed. Found an undiagnosed of a broken septic tank lid. They knew the maker/installer of the whole system and were able to call and get a replacement and installed it in 48 hours. 
Showed me the complete repair and cleaning of the system and used technology (I didn't know existed) to look at all the lines. Too cool. Showed me what to look for if I suspected problems.
Definitely 2 hours that were well spent, and they installed the new lid without any additional cost even though it was an extra trip for them.

The repairman (Johnny) was great. We live in a remote area that is not on GOOGLE. He called to get directions promptly and arrived on time. He was great with my dog. Very polite and personable. I enjoyed talking to him and he was professional.
The repair was less than an hour and he explained everything he did. He explained how to reset the system and what to do if it didn't reset properly. There was no mess to clean up after.
The cost was extremely reasonable. This is the second time I've used them and highly recommend them. I will use them again and already have projects lined up.

These guys are great. Really personable and efficient.
They got the job done quickly. Cleaned up after and did a beautiful job.
They even corrected something that were wrong tho it wasn't their job.
I'll use them for all my heating, cooling and electrical in the future.

Great experience! Electrician was polite, very competent and professional. He did what we asked him to and we paid a little less than the initial estimate.

Owner and his staff were very professional, courteous, punctual, and explained what needed to be done prior to completing their work and asked if I had any questions.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
