Monthly service which they call ahead two days to let us know when they will arrive. If I'm home I will talk to them about some on going issues such as Pack Rats in the yard. They provide a report monthly as to any proof of Pack Rat activity.

I had a handyman doing some work on a porch when he saw evidence of termite infestation. I called Conn Pest Control, they came in and inspected, and advised that these are termites that only live in the wood. He instructed the handyman what wood to remove to get ahead of the termites, and we're good to go. And! Conn didn't charge me at all - very refreshing.

They are great. They are consistent. They always call a day or two before and say when they are going to be here, and they always are; that is one of the reasons why I like them. I would rate them highly.
