the man on the phone sounded like i woke him up, was very rude, and he wouldn't give me an estimate over the phone seeing as it could be a small amount or a large amount for the job.

I love the product. It is an organic, natural pest control that they use. The guy was really nice. Scheduling wasn't perfect. It's a little bit difficult to get a set time with them.
