They're very good, they have been, I've used them for, I don't know how long, fifteen years. They service the entire Verde Valley. Price is good. They make an appointment and they are right on time. I am a realtor so I use them for my realtor business for termite inspection.

Although I am generally a very picky consumer, I really cannot think of any criticisms about this company. We have used this service monthly for the entire eight years we have lived in our current home, and specifically have always been serviced by their technician, John Holz. John is the ultimate professional and I have never been disappointed with his work. He is always on-time, does a very thorough job, and is respectful of our home. Most importantly, he is very knowledgeable and is very willing to answer any questions or to respond to any concerns. He effectively and immediately adapts to any situational changes. I have absolutely no hesitation in providing an enthusiastic recommendation for John.

The tech's name was Chris Simonson, he was prompt and very informative of my problems inside and out. I had the property rented out and was not cared for by the previous tenants. So I was being over run by Ants and all kinds of insects. Chris took care of everything. No problems at all now. Thanks so much!

They understand what to use inside so as not to harm Pets. They were very understanding of the effects of chemicals could do pets. Very well. NO problems.

I have used them for years. Dennis, the owner is great and always fair. John our serviceman is prompt and genuinely cares.

I like the way they control fire ants in the yard. I have terrible pack rat problems outside, chewing wires and stuff and they have solved that, but what they haven't solved is how scorpions get inside the house in the month of July. I never had this problem before two years ago when the horses next door moved in and I have no idea what the relationship is, but now sometimes I have scorpions in the house. I have had them for years and I have always been happy with them. The people that come out are adults and are not just kids that were trained for a couple of days.

They are very responsive. They found a huge termite problem when they first came out. They come out annually and check for us.

They use a natural product that is non-toxic to pets. The formula consists of diatomaceous earth and mints. It doesn't work as fast as the chemicals but it works every bit as well. This is a really good product for people that have pets. I intend to use this company again.

He is very thorough and shows up on time. He asked if we had any problems and then he addressed those problems.. He was punctual, professional, and responsive.

These guys are just great. Very seamless process to understand what they do and how they do it for you. We are now on an on-going bi-monthly service with them, and any/all times we've asked them to come out, outside those inspection/sevice periods, they have that same day. Excellent customer service/excellent knowledge of their trade, all at a great price. Now how do you go wrong with that?
