Bart cleaned the many windows in our large home - this was important to us because the views from our home are its best features. He did a great job at a reasonable price. We will definitely use him again, when it is necessary.

A perfectionist when it comes to clean windows, Bart went above (on a ladder) and beyond to insure that I was satisfied with his service. He even cleaned my mirrors, which I hadn't asked to have done. He will definitely be my go-to-guy for window cleaning in the future. He was on time, on estimate, and on top of his profession!

On time for estimate and work. Prompt and courteous. Technician wear protective booties inside. No leftover mess. Best job on windows I have ever had and I have many large windows and in an area with an abundance of red dust.

He and his helper washed all windows but only one skylight. When I called him to return and wash the second skylight, he said he would, but never showed up. He also left his trash from lunch on my front steps.

"[Member Name Remove] I am sorry you were not happy with us as I do everything I can to please my customers. I do remember the windows very well and these windows had moisture in between the glass. I did point it out. As for the trash, Im sorry and not sure about it. We do not bring our lunch but eat out. We always leave the jobsite just as it was when we arrived. Unless maybe a soda was forgotten. In any case I am sorry and would love to make it up to you."

They were here when they said they would be. They did a highly professional excellent job. When I looked over the work I found one small area of an exterior window that had been missed and this was immediately corrected.
