Trophy Landscaping LLC

Trophy was referred to me by a monthly customer, so I trusted they would do all the work asked of them. They came on a work day and when I came home from work, I could see that some work was done. Owner told me he needed check the next day, so I left it under the door mat for him but didn't check any of the other work. My mistake.
I left the check in the morning and left for work. Got home after work and saw that the tree had barely been touched and looked nothing like I had discussed with Trophy. I called Jim (owner) and left a message letting him know I was dissatisfied with the work. He returned my call, told me they were busy with work because of recent storms and he would get back to me soon. He did not get back to me. I called him a couple weeks later, as weeds were growing in my backyard that was supposedly sprayed with pre-emergent. Again I left a message and he called me back and told me they were busy with storm damage. However, he said he would be out the following Monday and that depending on what kind of ground cover I have in my backyard, the pre-emergent may have to be sprayed again. Well, I have dirt, just plain old dirt my backyard and judging by the 4 foot tall weeds I now have, no pre-emergent was sprayed. The following Monday passed and Trophy did not show up.
I gave up calling Jim and counted it for loss but did mention my dissatisfaction to the customer that referred me to Trophy. That friend talked to Jim and Jim said he didn't want dissatisfied customers and would contact me. I have not heard from him. I have since spoken with another person who had the same type of situation with Trophy.

Today, Friday August 23rd, NO SHOW, no call. I called at 8:00 and left message. Called at 8:30 left message. I did get a phone call from another guy said, the owner is out of town he doesn't have me on his schedule. He said they are out of town.

A crew of two showed up, they were very apologetic and got the work done. The yard looks great and they were great on the detail. I would give them a A on performance but C on reliability. I will use them again because of the quality of their work and very nice men who did the work.

They are on time and they do a good job. Their pricing was reasonable. They were friendly and you could talk to them and let them know what you want done.

They clean all the dust, clean up after my dog, handle my irrigation needs. They do everything I need dealing with landscaping. They are very reliable. They also do the cutting, trimming and mowing. They also are very polite.
