The repair to Windows XP failed and resulted in loss of internet connectivity. Charge: $45 He backed up the hard drive and erased the disc. The I installed Windows 7 with no help from him. Charge: $90 . (this after telling me "don't worry about the $90, we'll work something out") After restoring my files, I was missing several and couldn't open others. His solution? Give the address of a web site. This provider lied to me, charged me full price for work I did, and did a lousy job to boot. Stay away!
