Each experience with their employees (from the office staff to the project manager) was professional, pleasant and helpful. The staff that performed our spray in insulation was on time, pleasant with my MIL and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone needing insulation.

It took almost 4 weeks from contact to finish for a simple install of pipe for a wood stove. We had to call the company for a status report since they did not call us. Once complete, the pipe inside the home is crooked. We mentioned this 3 times to the secretary (Wyndy) but we never received a call back. The only consistent communication was when it was time to invoice. We paid, but I guess they are not concerned about the crooked and now leaking pipe. Our house now has smoke inside when we use the stove. This is not what we expected. Perhaps their specialty is the fireplace, and not woodstoves.

I hired Banker Insulation to put Fiberglas insulation in the crawl space under the house. Later I hired an electrician to do some work which required his crawling under our house.He reported he found rolls of insulation and hooks in a pile in our crawl space and unfinished areas of the floor. Banker Insulation came out to inspect the job & reported that it looked like the wind had blown some of the insulation away form the floor (wind under the house?).I paid $300 for another crew to complete the job - their comments were that the prior crew simply didn't complete the job. I felt the owner LIED to me!
