Yavapai Appliance Services was chosen by the manufacturer to perform warranty work on our range. John arrived on-time. He was friendly but didn't seem interested in listening to my report of the problem. He would not look at the two videos demonstrating the issue. He ordered parts and said THEY would contact us in about a week. About 10 days later Laura left a curt message telling us if we didn't contact them they would return the parts. We had a medical emergency, couldn't contact them and missed the follow-up appointment. Two days later another curt call from Laura told us the parts were being returned because we missed the appointment. John returned and seemed unhappy with us even though we had explained the circumstances. He complained there was no problem with the unit but was installing the parts anyway. We provided the manufacturers diagram but he claimed it was wrong. John became confrontational when I asked him about the issues, he packed his tools and started to depart leaving the stove top pieces off the unit. John maybe a qualified tech but based on our experiences with him and the office I would never call them for service

I HAVE A SUB ZERO FRIDGE.. THERE ARE ONLY TWO GUYS WHO SERVICE.
YAVAPAI IS ONE OF THEM.
IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT HE KNEW SUB ZEROS VERY WELL!
TOOK THREE MINUTES TO DIAGNOSE- ABD PROBLEM SOLVED.
THEN HE CLEANED THE FREEZER UNIT, PUT EVERYTHING BACK TOGETHER.

John arrived at the time given. My stove was repaired with 90 minutes and he did not make a mess. He is prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable.  I trust him completely. I wish my new appliances could be serviced by John, but alas they are under factory warranty.
