Tomy's gets an A-Plus from us for their professionalism and detail. Tomy isn't just a guy who shows up with a steam cleaner you could rent at Safeway. Tomy has a fully outfitted van with absolutely everything needed, has the training required and the certificates to prove it. Carpets are cleaned with hot - not just warm - water and professional grade detergent, rinsed with chemicals that restore the proper PH of the carpet, then he rakes the carpet so that it dries uniformly. He's careful to keep things clean and to protect furnishings in the area. I was very impressed with how careful he was and how much he knows about carpet cleaning and carpet care.
