As mentioned above, things didn't go well the first time and we weren't sure it was fixed the first time. The serviceman told us to monitor the noise and let him know if it continued; it did. After our call he ordered a second pump and a week later installed the second pump. He came on the specified time he said he would. Considering it took 35 minutes to get here from his office.
I would gladly recommend him to all my friends.

Microwave: I spilled water on circuit board while cleaning it 2 days before our big July 4th party; told John I had an emergency. He came promptly, determined oven couldn't be repaired. I bought a new microwave same day; he came back next day to install it and only charged us for one basic service call!! Dishwasher: first time, found water on floor in front of machine; he determined there was no leak and it was due to my husband spilling water. Second time: machine was making weird noises. John took it apart; found nutshell lodged somewhere in the works (my husband again!), reassembled everything and it worked fine. We feel he is very honest and reasonably priced and others we've talked to like him also
