My mother and I used them. They used to take care of any heating and air conditioning need my mother used to have. We called them and they responded right away. They were very professional. They didn’t charge me for the service. When you call, they respond as quickly as they can. Their price is cheaper. I would use them in the future.

Our old A/C unit went out at the beginning of summer, when many other people had the same problem. We obtained estimates from several companies. It took Jeff (Hometown's owner) a few days to get to our place to give us an estimate. When giving the estimate, he explained that it would take a couple of weeks before he could get to the job, due to the high volume of calls he was getting. We decided to go with him due to the competitive price and due to the fact that he would be the person doing the installation; we felt he had a good grasp of what needed done. His installation was right on time. He wasn't able to complete the installation the first day due to needing a different part. (The newer high-efficiency unit was bigger than the old one, and it took some engineering to make it work in the place available.) He was able to finish the installation in the next day or so. Due to the delay, he gave us a free higher-grade filter. We are pleased with the service and quality of the unit. We would use Jeff again.
