Adobe Appliance is a full service appliance service company. This is a "Mom & Pop" organization, we have 2 full-time employees, they are the co-owners, Paul and Carole Skeels. We service Yavapai County. We occasionally use subcontractors, if the need arises. We hold a valid domestic refrigeration license. We service all major household appliances. Independent service contractor for Whirlpool, Maytag, Jenn Air, Amana, Admiral, Kitchenaid, Roper, Estate, Kirkland, Electrolux, Frigidaire, Icon, and LG Electronics to name a few. LP (propane) gas conversions stoves and dryer, reconditioned appliances with a guarantee. Huge selection of parts in stock and on the service vehicles. Also recycle appliances and reclaim refrigerant. Saturday services. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

They came out for some warranty work. We had the same guy all the time and he was so pleasant; matter of fact, we talked about his wife and kids and we were supposed to go with them to 4th of July last year but we didn't make it. We had him out for our refrigerator, and when he got the parts in - perfect job. He even fixed something that I hadn't noticed. He went out of his way; very nice people. There was no charge for the most recent service because it was under warranty. For overall experience I give them an A, even the people in the office that I called and talked to and they called me to verify that he had done the work and they called to tell me that he was gonna be on time or he was running a little bit late, they always kept in touch with me, just really super nice people. They get A straight across the board - everything.

Front office was extremely prompt in communicating with me via email. Set up an appt within 3 days (at my convenience) and Sean was at my door at exactly the appointed time (very impressive!). He spent about 20-30 minutes evaluating the appliance and a decision was made to replace the control panel. No money was required from me for at this time, even for the service call. It took about a week to get the replacement part, then a repair appt was made (again at my convenience) and again Sean was at my door on time. The repair was fast, clean and the cost about $100 less I expected! I was expecting to have to buy a new appliance at over $1000, but Adobe Appliance and Sean got me up and running! Wonderful job! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Adobe Appliance if you want stellar service and to save money!

It was gratifying to have a competent repairman suggest an affordable repair of our dryer rather than suggesting that it should be replaced. Paul came by to diagnose the problem, he ordered parts, and called to schedule a return trip to do the install. A completely pleasant experience.

The technician was on time. He quickly solved the dryer problem; the exterior vent was clogged and needed cleaning. He adjusted the washing machine and advised it that it was starting to show its age. The washer and dryer were on the wrong sides to allow easy loading and unloading. He quickly switched their places and added longer connections to make it work. I wasn't sure he'd be able to do that, and it has made doing the laundry a much simpler process. Thank you!

"Hello [member name removed], I am unsure as to why you are not happy with Adobe, but if there is anything I can do, please let me know. It appears that we diagnosed your refrigerator as needing a compressor. More than likely, when Paul was out to diagnose your problem, you were told how much a compressor job would be, and he probably advised you not to repair the refrigerator, due to it's age. Most compressor jobs hit the 500.00 dollar mark, and your refrigerator was over 15 years old. My guess is that you were not happy about this, as we did not repair the refrigerator, yet we charged you for a service call. The lady at the office was very polite and fit me into their schedule as soon as they could. I selected this provider since they were very close. The repairman was there exactly when they said he would be. He was also very friendly & offered advice.

Sometimes if I see all "A" grades, I wonder.
DON'T... Paul and Carole are the "real deal." They offer professional but very friendly expert service and fix most appliances. We've used them twice and won't ever switch.
Paul even waited for 15 minutes when "I" forgot the appointment time and was late (don't do that ever but it happened this time and he waited)... he has a depth of knowledge and ability and knows about everything you could ask from a "repairman" ... and their prices are very reasonable. Carole is always friendly in taking appointments and will try to work the 'time' around as much as possible for scheduling. Just great.
You cannot go wrong with any appliance repair service from Adobe, they are the greatest.

We considered this an emergency, but that did not mean they had to look at it that way. However, they treated it as such anyway. Although Paul was unable to get out right away, Carole gave me very specific instructions as to how to keep our refrigerator going until Paul could get here. We asked that he call ahead so we could run home from work to meet him, which he did. He found the problem within about 10 minutes, said he had to order a part and that it should be in in a couple of days. I called Carole the day it was supposed to be in. She had just gotten the part (at the end of the day) and scheduled an appointment the very next day for Paul to come back. Again Paul called ahead when he was a few minutes out as requested. Plus, for both appointments, Paul was well within the range for the appointment time Carole had given us. Our part was $165. The labor was only $69 (even though he came out twice!). The rest was tax. I cannot express how pleased my husband and I were with the friendliness and work ethic expressed by both Paul and Carole. We will definitely call them again if we have an appliance problem. I hope they are around for a long long time.

Excellent service, called at 7:00am and service tech was there within 1 1/2 hours. Had the old part replaced and had the machine running within a half hour.
