Wrote a very negative review for this company last year as the worker did a terrible job. The owner was on vacation at the time. I was finally able to reach Dan an explained the problem. He corrected it and now I am very satisfied with his work.

This company called me and came out and gave me a quote right away. Dan kept me posted on what was going on during the job and was on the job with the crew until the last hour when he left to go give a couple of quotes to other people. I felt that he should have stayed till the end because the crew was putting everything back together and I had some questions about there not being a metal drain off the roof like every other part of my roof where the water drains off. I made appointments with Dan to come over and look at it with me, but he did not show up. I felt like I was left hanging at the end of the job. If Dan had been there at the completion of the job, we could have solved the problem I was concerned about. I just hope that the water will drain off the roof, far enough away from the house, in our next rain storm. I also feel that this companys quote was on the high side.

Outstanding! We had a large hole in our roof that was allowing water from the rain in and a squirl that we making our attic space his new home. Weather Guard made arrangements in their busy schedule to come out on a short notice and repair our roof. They not only did a great job but it also fit within our budget. Highly recommended. The cost of this project went up and down daily. Ultimately, Dan Carroll charged me $2300 for 5 hours work and $200 in materials. This was after I challenged him on the $3500 he originally collected after the job. Watch out for the $400 a pound epoxy BS...

They called and showed up when promised. I feel their prices are a little high. I do feel they did a great job.

I had an amazing experience with Weather Guard. From the first phone call until the conclusion of the work. When I originally called, they were at my front door within 10 minutes. They told me what needed to be done and completed the project as promised. I recommended them to two of my neighbors who also proceeded to have their work completed. It was a great experience and will recommend them to anyone.

I hired Weather Guard Improvements in January 2019 to replace the balcony floor with new flat roofing-type material. Following the completion of the job, I hired a painter to apply a sealant on the balcony floor material which gave a lot more durable finish and seal. At the same time, they also replaced partially the garage roof where I had a couple of leaks. After about a year, another leak was visible on the garage ceiling about 6 ft from the area where the original leaks were. I tried contacting Dan to let him know about the leak. Because of Coronavirous related delays and a tragedy in their family, it took Dan some time to get back to me, but he sent his foreman and fixed the remaining area at no additional cost. The reason for no-cost replacement is because originally, I left the area to be replaced to their discretion, and leaving a few ft from the edge did not make sense. But now all is well, and they replaced the remaining area (about 50 sqft) at no cost. Thank you!

Weather Guard Improvements is an amazing company to work with! They started and completed the roofing project in a timely manner, exactly as promised. I enjoyed working with them and found them to be professional, honest and informative. They were upfront about the roofing costs, explained the process in layman's terms and their customer service was superb. I know. I've been a CSR for over 30 years. These folks have what it takes and will treat you right. I have the best looking asphalt roof on my entire block. Atop the product warranty, the company warranty is great.

Very difficult to get a hold of them. Follow up was poor. Still waiting for them to finish the trim. Concerned about the warranty if unable to have a good contact number.

They seemed to have done an excellent job. They were very courteous and well mannered. I have received a 10 year warranty with their work and felt better for getting it and plus the fact that I have a lot of respect for the Home Advisor. I really hope I do not have any call backs but on any roofing job it may happen because the sure test in another rain. All in all, I was very satisfied with the job.

They owner Mr. Carroll had fair pricing. He didn't try to sale me any extras.
