Walter came to my home recently as the previous owner had used his roofing service and it had been more than 3 years since it was last checked. Walter inspected the roof and it was damaged from the elements as we live in Arizona. He gave me an estimate which seemed reasonable. He and his son did the job and it was perfect we now have a new roof thanks to Walter.

I felt please that he patched around the roof vents the previous roofer had omitted. Later we talked about the estimate range and the condition of my roof that he noticed. I felt reassured by his explanation and advice on a schedule for future inspections. I appreciated that he took the time to answer all my questions the next day after the work was complete. I'd be happy to recommend him to anyone needing a roof coating.

They know a lot about the product they used and were very pleasant to work with. They showed me photos before and after the job was completed. I asked them to contact me when it is time to reseal the roof.

Walter and his crew were so polite and efficient. I didnâ t even know they were there! No mess. And I canâ t say enough about his courtesy as a businessman. . Heâ s honest and didnâ t take advantage of an older woman living alone. VERY reasonable cost. I would recommend him to anyone.

Small operation. No backup when a key person isnt available Had to wait on a skiing trip by the owner. Roof not completed until AFTER the forecast rainstorm. Luckily no apprentice harm.. Price for some work on a second piece of work seemed high. (REPAIR AND COATING OF ASPHALT SHINGILE AREA -400 square ft.).
