They are very reliable and reasonable. They do both bees and rodents so basically everything in the desert. Anything I have a problem with I call them first.

I like that he knew what to do to take care of my weed problem.  He put down a pre-emergent and a post-emergent.  I was very happy with the results and that makes my tenant happy.  He was easy to work with, he was nice to talk to, and he explained to me what he was putting down.  He also explained to the tenant what he would need to do to keep the weeds under control.  I knew what the price was going to be before he came out, but I thought it was high.  I paid him upfront and he followed through without any urging.

We are satisfied with the job they do. We happen to live in an area where we need dependable pest control to rely on, and we get that from Valley East. They are very pleasant when they come out to our house and I feel that they are also very knowledgeable about the products they use.

THIS COMPANY COMES A DAY OR TWO AFTER YOU CALL THEM, THEY DO REMINDER CALLS AND ARE EFFICIENT AND PROMPT. I'VE CALLED THEM FOR SCORPION EMERGENCIES AND THEY CAME WITHIN THE HOUR. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY LOW, NO CONTRACT REQUIRED. I NEVER HAVE A BUG PROBLEM. THEY SPRAY INSIDE AND OUT AND WILL DO TROUBLE SPOTS, I.E. ANTS FOR FREE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

THEY DO REGULAR (APPROXIMATELY EVERY 2 MONTHS) SPRAYING OF THE HOUSE AND YARD, ALONG WITH POWDER AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE HOUSE TO KILL CRICKETS, AND OTHER BUGS. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB AND I HAVE BEEN USING THEIR SERVICES FOR MANY YEARS.
