John Usher is reliable, friendly, and prompt. Every time they have come out they have completed the job thoroughly and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Usher and Sons.

John was great at communicating when he could show up for the estimate. This was key for me and honestly, not something I was expecting. After we agreed for Usher and Son's to do the work, John again was great at communicating when they would be on site to do the work. John and his team showed up on time (both times) and performed all work that had been discussed. Trimming of bushes, blowing of yard debris, mowing grass, raking rock, trimming of tree. We decided to have a new layer of rock installed in the front yard and had Usher and Son's to that as well. Yard looks great - couldn't be happier with the results.

Called John on Monday, he came over at 5pm that day and we walked property. John prepared an estimate and said he could do the work the next day. John and 3 of his sons arrived as promised, completed the work on time and cleaned up entire front of property.

I had a great experience with Usher and sons from the first phone call. I called for an estimate on yard cleanup and John came over within the hour. He was professional and said he would email me the estimates and within the next day I received the estimates that I felt were reasonable for all the work I needed. Communication was good and even though it was raining on the day they said they would come, they worked through the rain and stayed until it got dark to get the whole job done. I was very pleased with the work they did and I will definitely use them again when my yard needs trimming. They did such a good job that even after 6 weeks it still looks great!

I emailed Usher and Sons and received a response very quickly. John Usher was able to come out later the same day to take a look at the project. He had given me an approximate time and then text me when he was in the area to let me know exactly when he would arrive. John looked at the fruit trees, the cactus, and former tree (the stick) and said he would have an estimate to me by the next day. We had a dust storm with high winds the night before and two large pieces of debris from a palm tree fell into my
yard. As John was leaving, he grabbed the two pieces and took them to dispose of them for me.
The next morning, as promised, I received an estimate via email, along with a text to let me know the estimate had been sent. The estimate was less than what I anticipated and extremely competitive to other service providers. Another very pleasant surprise was John was able to add me to the schedule the following day. Usher and Son's arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They were incredibly efficient and completed the tasks much quicker than I expected.
-The fruit trees look fantastic. In spite of all the trimming that was done, they look full and much healthier. And now I can easily access the pool pump area that I had to navigate my way around/through the trees to get to previously.
-Unless you had the experience of bending to avoid the cactus in the walkway, you wouldn't know a couple of sections had to be trimmed back. It looks wonderful and untouched (which is exactly what I wanted).
-The and quot;stickand quot; that used to be a tree was removed and the gravel raked back so you can't tell it was there. John even removed wiring that was tied onto hooks on the house that the previous tenant had used a support system for the tree.
Usher and Son's cleaned up all the debris and made every area they worked on look great. I was not home when Usher and Son's finished, so John text me to let me know the work was completed and that they had secured the gate to the house.
I highly recommend Usher and Son's! They are very professional, incredibly responsive, prompt, courteous and do an exceptional job.

Went great. I love the communication John has with me. He is available via texting and he tells me when they are coming. You will not find that anywhere else.

Excellent work for a great price. My past experience with yard services is that the owner comes out and inspects, gives you and estimate, and then sends and quot;The Crewand quot; over when the work is to be done. Usually most of the crew can't speak english, and you never see the owner again. Not with User and Sons. The company name says it all. Owner and his sons come and does the work. They are great folks, even offered me a gatoraid while I was cleaning windows outside. Yard looks great. I have a new yard service company.

We had just bought our home and one of the problems found during the home inspection was a leak in our irrigation system. We called Usher and Sons and John got back to us immediately, but told us he was booked for several weeks. We currently live in Missouri and were in the area only a short time to get the house set for being empty for a while so he said he would come out to assess the problem and give us an idea how bad the leak was. John showed up at the end of the day, the temps were above 100, we could tell he and his crew had already put a full day in but he looked at our problem....and proceeded to fix every leak he found. He and the two men he came with stayed about an hour , fixed leaks, educated us on how the system worked and even set the timer for us. Several dead plants were taken out of the yard and some new supply lines were put in. We were just expecting a quick assessment but he stayed and fixed all the problems.
Hard working and personable, after all this he only charged us $100.00. Yes we will use him again!

John was a pleasure to deal with. He returned calls promptly and gave me updates the day of so I knew when he'd arrive. It was extremely hot out when they started, but John and his sons powered through and did an outstanding job. He did everything as promised from his earlier estimate and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Everything looked great and he walked me through the job once it was completed to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks John!

Great experience overall -- would hire again. John came out and gave a reasonable estimate with a projected date of completing the job. He is very polite and dependable--shows up when he says he will. John called me prior to showing up for the estimate and the day of the job. The job was completed on the day he said and the job itself was well done. John and his crew did a nice job of cleaning up after trimming a trailer load of dead oleander branches from the front of my yard. John also hauled off a couple of additional items I wanted to get rid of when he showed up on the day of the job. Good job, fair price, easy to work with.

BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!

We bought a vacant lot that needed initial clean-up and ongoing maintenance. We called several lawn care providers, including ones that solicited us, and none but Uand S even called us back. Uand S were the exception and were very professional and responsive (both phone and email), met all their commitments w/o exception in a timely manner both initial clean-up and ongoing maintenance w/o any surprises. We continue to use them for the yard upkeep on a monthly basis.
