Darryl Brown is all you need to know about good customer service. He took care of me from start to finish. He knew his merchandice and was able to give me a very educated answer to all my questions. I felt very comfortable with my purchase. Would buy from Ultimate Electonics over and over again, especially with Darryl as my salesman.

HE EVEN HAD TO GO BACK TO THE STORE TO GET MORE SUPPLIES, WITHOUT GETTING UPSET. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO, THEY WERE VERY MUCH ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
