Thermostat Installation and Replacement
Very friendly staff. From customer service rep to Dave who was the technician that came out. They all spoke nicely, did the work, etc. Was supposed to give a cost prior to beginning work and would charge a come out fee. However, their cost was astronomical but was able to get them to match another company.

Amazing customer service with from the initial phone call, to letting us know when they were on the way, to a check in afterwards. Matt knew exactly what to do with our dishwasher and we were back to doing dishes in no time! He was professional and courteous. We will definitely be calling Thomas again!

Hired them to fix washer machine because it would not drain completely, but it was a bit of water left in the waher. Now after "fixing it" I have water all over my laundry room, looks like a flood. Tried calling and left message. They are avoiding my calls and will not return messages.

Really great experience. Our Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to come in and fix our ice maker in about 25 mins. We had a bad experience with another company before we found Thomas.
