THE WILLARD GROUP WAS ORIGINALLY A "SECOND OPINION" AFTER WE'D RECEIVED AN APPRAISAL THAT WAS LOWER THAN THE CURRENT MARKET INDICATED. WE HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE COMPANY'S REPRESENTATIVES.
