Pretty Good...one issue they deleted software that I still wanted to keep without informing me. Other than that everything was great. A little bit of a hassle getting it re-installed as much my fault as theirs. Regardless cost were reasonable turn around time was above expected highly recommend would utilize their services again.

I have never gotten better or more knowledgable service. I had a big problem in that my iMac was so old, if I updated the operating system up to the current one being used I would lose all my older programs, but if I didn't upgrade my computer would soon be unable to share pictures and music with my husbands iPad. The guys at the Orchard had the solution. They partitioned my hard drive in half and upgraded one side to the current OS and kept the other half with an older version so my old Filemaker and Photoshop would still work and I wouldn't lose what had been expensive programs back in their day. On top of which they happily answered my numerous questions on how everything worked and told me to call if I got stuck on anything. All that for $60.00? I am just blown away! I had been told they were good by someone who bought a refurbished laptop there and that was no exaggeration. Thank you Orchard guys!
