Taylor Made ordered the wrong diving board, or at least did not follow up on the kind of board we wanted. A professional pool company would have seen that the small plain board was a very poor addition to our large pool in a newly landscaped yard.
The size of the diving board and features were not what was requested. We ordered one with a light and waterfall feature. There was no light on the board (although they claim there was, we Never could see it).
Their remedy was to sell us a second board, without refunding first board.
They installed 2nd board far back into patio position, not following our instructions for it's extenstion over the pool citing code they could not provide.
They connected the board's plumbing (waterfall feature) to cleaning equipment, so waterfall and cleaner work at the same time (this seems a dangerous situation). Nor does it look good to have both working at the same time.
Taylor Made claims 1st board is damaged by it's removal, making it non refundable, work which they themselves provided (yet we fail to see damage).
This entire process took over 6 months, as shipping for the 1st board was slow.
But the spa equipment work was fine.

Adequate regular service ($85/mo). I do not feel equipment repair service is trustworthy. For a small repair to filter tank (pressure release valve) quoted me $180. Easy self-repair that cost me $40, plus I got new pressure gage in addition for that price. Had costly repairs of pool vacuum head almost every year. This time instead of repairing again, I bought a brand new pool vac head for a little over $450 and self-installed, when they would have charged over $300 for repair of old. Pool chemical maintenance and cleaning professionally done, but I am now very leary of equipment repairs.

Everything went pretty well. They were good. I think the price was too much for the job they did, but they did a good job.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH TAYLOR MADE POOLS WAS GREAT. THEIR PRICES WERE ALSO WONDERFUL. I HAVE GIVEN HIS NAME TO SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALSO HAD POOLS DONE BY TAYLOR MADE. EVERYTHING WAS SMOOTH FOR ME. THE PRICE WAS FABULOUS.

THEY HAVE BEEN VERY DEPENDABLE, AND THE WORK THEY DO IS OF HIGH QUALITY. THEY DO NOT PUT A LOT OF FOCUS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND COULD IMPROVE IN THIS AREA TO MATCH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK.
