I found Suntec on Angie's List while searching for a reputable company to replace my bosses personal vehicles windshield. I had our secretary call and set the appointment for Monday 8/26/13 between 8-12. We received no call confirming the appointment and our secretary called around 9:00am to confirm the appointment, no return call. At 12:00 she called again since the technician had never called or showed up to replace the windshield. The technician finally called us at 12:09 pm stating he had a flat tire and was running late. We told him that we no longer needed his services. Our secretary called the office yet again and left a message. The owner called us back and we cancelled the appointment. He told us that he had fired the technician that was supposed to come to replace the windshield and that the woman from his office and quot;Didn't realize we wanted a phone call backand quot;. Why exactly would we NOT want a return phone call when we had our boss wait here for 4 hours for someone to show up?? There is an obvious lack of communication and a customer service problem within that office. We wanted to give the business to a smaller owner operated business similar to ours but, now we have hired a different company to perform the work. We rearranged our boss's schedule for this and had we known that the technician was not coming at all, we could have had our boss out in the field instead of wasting time.

Not only were they the cheapest but the were able to provide service on the same day. Very impressed.

When the job was done, my truck looked great! I am so glad that I went with SunTec Auto Glass!! I don't think I could have asked for a better experience. Thanks again!
