Sun Valley Improvements, LLC

They have done so many houses in our neighborhood we all know them and I give them cookies.  I came home from Christmas shopping today and they are painting my neighbors home ... my Christmas miracle present!!  The house is cleaned and everything is primed properly before they start the painting.  My artificial turf is next to the neighbors wall and they have all the protective plastic laid down appropriately. 
The best thing is they are nice.  It's a family operation - dad, son, uncle etc.  Love them.  Good people.

sun valley improvements was doin some work next door and i ask for a price and the price was right . and all the work was done well everything looks great , and would use sun valley improvements in the future and would recomend.

Called sun valley and they gave a good price so we said let's go ahead we heard great things about them. Sun valley was very neat and nice to talk to they did a great job and would definitely recommend sun valley and use them again.

George and his dad spray painted around bushes and cacti to complete the wall painting.  Using two paint sprayers they completed the job on the house in one day including masking around windows and light fixtures,  George suggested the use of satin finish paint to improve durability and rain resistance, which we appreciated.  They matched the original paint color to meet the HOA requirements for the development.   They were both friendly and courteous and painted a few areas not in the contract at no additional charge.  Extra paint was provided for our use for touch-up when we upgrade our windows and doors in the near future.  They were very efficient and left the area cleaner than when they arrived.
