Sun Lakes Pest Control

Great! On time. Efficient, thorough and helpful. I have asked for schedule changes on a couple of occassions and have always been greeted in a friendly and professional manner ... and been able to achieve what I needed!

Have had them out twice. Both times very satisfied. Plan to use them regularly to keep under control.

We love Sun Lakes Pest Control. For years they have serviced our Springfield Lakes home. Most recently we've had a few noteworthy events that we think set them apart from other companies. First is that we cleaned up some items on the ground in our yard that sent hundreds of crickets flocking to our home. When Sun Lakes pest control came out to spray them, the crickets only made it about three feet. The next day before I was able clean them up a roadrunner came and feasted on the dead bugs. We were concerned that this was harmful but we confirmed that the chemicals are only harmful to insects. Second we had a strange winged bug in our tub. Everything I could find on Google seemed to point to a termite swarmer, so I decided we needed to take it in to Sun Lakes Pest Control. Mark expertly identified the bug and provided lots of detail which put us at ease. We really appreciate their use of animal friendly pestcides and their willingness to provide expert/researched advice. Most of all we are grateful for their many years of honest service.

Great service...they spray outside once each month and we have no bugs in or out

The service has been very good. They will always come back if you any issues. We have been very happy with them.

It goes great. We had some problems around our pool and now we don’t. Everything is going well.

They have very reasonable prices and they are very dependable.  If they send out a new serviceman he comes to the door and introduces himself.

They were responsive. They came out when they said they would. They were very thorough, but I wasn?t happy with what they did with the scorpions. They sprayed for scorpions, but we can?t really get rid of them just by spraying. I think we have to adopt a more aggressive approach. They came out a second time to repeat the process because we still had the problem. They cleaned all the spider webs and everything off the house. It was an ineffective treatment for the problem.

They are good; they do interior and exterior. They call us to schedule and their guys are all very polite and professional. They come and we don't see any of those crawly things so they do a good job. They didn't come and get a snake that was on our deck because it was a different kind of problem but they are very good.

We like them. They do a good job and are very thorough. There have not been any problems since we have been using them. They answer all of our questions and are professional all of the time. They have a great service that I would recommend to other people any time.
