The installer came to our home: explained how the system works, told us the cost and when we were ready, he came back and had it installed within a few hours. No more hauling salt, since he tested our water and found it was not hard so we didn't need a water softener

Overall, a very pleasant experience. Brian was very courteous when providing a quote for the job and walked me through the process. When hired, Brian was on time and very thorough with his work. We quoted out multiple outlets and this came in well under the competition.

I lost my SteelTec Is water treatment system due to a power surge during the July 21st storms. The system Bryan put in is great his prices were spot on his customer service his excitement about what he does and his knowledge is incredible. Never scheduled work but got reply from them we just have to uninstall system not to replace or fix so done by Len plumbers.
