Hugo called within five minutes to set an appointment for an estimate. He was able to come the same evening. He gave us the estimage on a Thursday night, was able to start on Monday, and had the job completed by the following Thursday. Very quick service!!

Hugo Real came out. He was professional and promt. We needed our rental fixed and we were only in town two day. He did everything we wanted and more. I would highly reccommend him.

I recieved a reply almost immediatly. Mr Real also contacted me the same day. Mr Real was prompt, professional and personable. He did an excelent job on our deck steps, for a resonable price, and went out of his way to insure the job got done on our hurried schedule. Very happy, plan to use Mr Real for all our handyman needs.

I have already hired Handyman Plus twice to do some jobs around the house... Flooring, electrical, replace, and repair doors, replacing base boards, plumbing, and general repairs, we liked him so much we have hired him to paint the exterior of our house. He is a full service guy. Friendly, courteous, and hard working.

Price a little high, but kept to quote, did work professionally and knowlegably and the door works great now. I would recommend him to a friend (and have). The other two either did not call me (Schneider Bros.) or called me almost 2 weeks after my request and after Hugo Real had completed the job. I would not use them if they had that attitude

He did a sloppy job and I have tried to call him without success. However, he was very punctual, clean and courteous. I would like him to return and take care of the screws that are poking through with points exposed and the roof, which is not flat. Cuts are not straight.

Hugo did a great job for us in installing our door. He scheduled us for a Saturday, which was the day after we called, and arrived on time. His price was great and his work was good. Because we still need to stain and seal the door, he promised to return (no charge) and adjust things if necessary. He even didn't mind the kids hanging around and watching as he worked.

Hugo did not show up when scheduled and was 45 minutes late. After showing up, he did not have the grout with him and had to run to the store to buy it, after taking a sample to match it, even though he had looked at it several days earlier.
