 + -1 morePrompt, courteous and competent. Arrived as promised, performed the work quickly, and did a great job of "leave no trace".
Description of Work: One A/C unit quit working. It is covered by a home warranty. Patrick Martarana showed up precisely on schedule and had the problem diagnosed and the motor replaced in less that 45 minutes. He also took a few minutes to advise me of maintenance plans and procedures that would help me protect the warranty for the entire unit in the future.
