About us
Regency Blinds and Shutters is an owner operated business. The manufacturer of our shutters and blinds is a US Veteran owned business right here in Phoenix. Our shutters are installed by the manufacturer, who is licensed and bonded. Normal billing procedure is to collect 1/2 of the invoice total at the time the order is placed - the balance is collected just prior to installation. We accept checks, credit cards and also offer payment through PayPal. Financing is not available.

Our products are custom manufactured specifically for your home and installation is INCLUDED in our prices. Our shutters are guaranteed for as long as you own your home. We provide free - no obligation estimates (we come to you).
