THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. ALTHOUGH WE WERE LATE IN RETURNING THE EQUIPMENT, THEY WAIVED THE LATE FEE. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM AGAIN.
