First scheduled installation no one called to tell me the tech was sick Second scheduled installation I received a call after the scheduled time, saying the tech had to be pulled away on an emergency call. However, I was promised they would show up for the next one. Third scheduled installation the tech never shows. I call again asking for a status. I was then transferred to the "head of customer service" who said I would be called back. Two days later, and counting...no call back. I don't know about anyone else, but I cannot keep taking days off from work to wait for service techs to show up. I've been with this company for 12 years and I'm not sticking with them.

Found them on Internet. Scheduled appointment with Matt Willes. He showed up on time as promised. Went through different options the company has to install and monitor the system. Was able to talk him down in price and gave us 6 months monitoring service for free. Seemed to be competitive in price compared to other companies. Have a month to month contract, no 3 year contract! (I do not like long contracts that you are locked into.) Monitoring Service is $35 per month which includes the wireless service and a repair service. We own the system and it is not a lease. Matt was able to answer any technical questions I had. He took his time explaining details to me and did not pressure us into anything. Took about a half of a day to install the system. All of the sensors are wireless. Installation seemed to go well. No problems. Fast and Courteous. GE System. Could have saved about $200 if I ordered it on the Internet. But, that does not include installation.
