"I was under the understanding that everything was done to Mrs. [Member Name Removed]'[Member Information Removed] satisfaction as she told us she was happy. Here at Power we don't leave a job unless the customer states they're happy. Top quality material was used on the job and everything was done as promised."
"We thank you for the work and appreciate the review."
Pictures tell the full story so please look at the photos (if I can figure up how to upload them).
But be careful: the speak a good line about their long record, licensed status, and BBB A+ rating. "If you don't like the job you don't have to pay" . None of it bears up in our experience
- Did not grind off dried carpet glue,
- did a terrible job filling cracks between concrete,
- splashed paint on wall, window, patio posts.
- Did not tidy up afterward.
- Painted over debris on the patio, uneven roller strokes.
- If it could be badly done, it was. Inadequate and insincere efforts to remedy this after the fact (claimed you COULD NOT grind glue off; claimed that spray foam was appropriate for filling gap between house and patio). No commitment to customer satisfaction or to pride in their own work.
