We contacted this company in May to paint our house in June. We signed a contract and they asked for a portion of the payment up front. We provided it and they never showed up to complete the job. We called repeatedly only to to get no response. When we finally got a call back we asked for our money back at which point they said they would refund us the full amount after 60 business days. 60 business days came and went and still no refund. We have been more than patient with this company and they have not paid us back. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. DO NOT hire this company and if you do certainly don't pay ANY money up front. We will be filing an additional complaint with the ROC to hopefully prevent this from happening to other trusting homeowners.

The home was stucco, which wasn't painted correctly in that we had large stripes going up and down our walls. Within two months, the paint started to crack. They failed to return my phone calls stating they "dropped their phone in water" and then missed to scheduled appointments to address the issue. Meanwhile, 7 months later I finally stated that I was going to take them to court. They stated the problem was with the paint, which I knew wasn't true as I hired to expert to assess the job. They finally sent someone to my home who stopped 1/2 into the repair as he wasn't getting paid. 9 months after the original report of issues finally had it completed. To date, I am still having cracks appear and simply have zero desire to even deal with this company again.

We had Power Home Improvement do the interior of our home as we were remodeling. We had yet to install the new baseboards (the old ones had already been removed). Power chose to paint them once they had been installed rather than paint them pre-installed. They said just call us when you are ready. Once we had installed the baseboards, we emailed/called/text James back to come finish the work. At first he was responsive but said he could not get to it for a couple of weeks. Then he stopped responding altogether. Our initial request was made in late January. 7 months later, we still have unpainted baseboards and we are now very dissatisfied customers. We even gave him an opportunity finish the job rather than us post a bad review. Had this been resolved in a timely manner we would have hired them to come back and paint our exterior and more. It was our mistake to pay the job in full prior to the job being completed. We did this on good faith as James kept requesting it over and over to "pay his crew." Sadly, getting our house key back was less of a concern for him. We will be following up with the BBB as well and our local neighborhood network. We could not be more disappointed.

Said they would start between 7:30 am and 8:00 am. I had to call by 10:00 am and was told that the helper had to come from Phoenix. Worker showed up about 11:00 am. I had arranged an appointment for 4:00 pm based on the work being completed. I told worker he had to go because I had an appointment as I do not leave anyone at the house while I am not there. Texted Charles and asked what time worker would return tomorrow. Charles called and asked why I asked worker to leave. I told him I had an appointment based on the 7:30 to 8:00 am begin-time. Another worker came the next day and continued. Said because they had a license they could not use my leftover paint but they did. Replaced solid wood with particle boards. Did not replace all of the boards discussed. I was told the flaking concrete around the foundation would be replaced to smooth with new concrete. New concrete was brushed on the foundation before a white sealer and then painting was done. I do appreciate that they agreed as part of the deal to remove sun screens and replace them after I had cleaned them.

Three folks came out and taped off windows, doors and utility boxes, ect. first day. Completed painting next day. Paint folks were very friendly, kept on task and did a great job of "asking" instead of "assuming". Our patio was covered in plastic, BBQ tile covered, fencing, Windows, ect. Charlie came out to check each day and walked around with us at end. It feels fresh and looks great. They were to start on Wednesday but due to other job started Thursday. We were communicated well and for us ended as planned since told us 2 possibly 3 days. So set expectations correctly. When ready for indoor paint I will hire this team.

Unimaginably poor quality work.

1. Did not grind off dried carpet glue,
2. did a terrible job filling cracks between concrete,
3. splashed paint on wall, window, patio posts. 
4. Did not tidy up afterward. 
5. Painted over debris on the patio, uneven roller strokes. 
7. If it could be badly done, it was.  Inadequate and insincere efforts to remedy this after the fact (claimed you COULD NOT grind glue off; claimed that spray foam was appropriate for filling gap between house and patio).  No commitment to customer satisfaction or to pride in their own work.

But be careful: the speak a good line about their long record, licensed status, and BBB A+ rating.  "If you don't like the job you don't have to pay" .  None of it bears up in our experience
