Generally positive. I'm not interested in expensive treatments and long-term maintenance contracts- Andy just comes when I need him, and helps me deal with problems in a straight-forward way. Flexible with appointment times. I haven't had an invasive problem so I can't comment on their handling of problems outside regular maintenance (which is why my overall grade is a B).

THIS COMPANY IS GREAT TO WORK WITH. THEY NEVER MISS AN APPOINTMENT AND ALWAYS NOTIFY ME OF THEIR ARRIVAL. THE REPRESENTATIVE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE AND ABLE TO ADDRESS ANY CONCERNS.
