Our sales Rep Chris was excellent he patiently answered all questions and followed up to ensure that everything was completed. The installers were professional and cleaned up at the end of every day. We are 100% satisfied with Payne Roofing.

Save yourself some time, money, and frustrations and do NOT use Payne and Sons. From the very beginning it was difficult to get them to come out on time and finish the job completely without us having to call and speak to multiple people before being told what we agreed upon initially, would be an additional charge now. Furthermore, they damaged some of the seams in my walls with their pounding and refused to fix them so I have long seams between the drywall panels shown ever since. They also NEVER came back to clean up the rotted boards and we were forced to do it ourselves. Now the cherry on top, 5 years and 1 week later we have leaks in the EXACT SAME SPOT and they refuse to provide warranty work as it's outside of the 5 year warranty...Every other roofer I've talked to since has a longer warranty on their work and stands by it with pride. Obviously these guys would rather make the quick buck and don't care about working with you as a customer. I'm still in awe there was no offer of working towards a common goal and I was told "well it's out of warranty and we can have someone come out for a quote" No thanks, I'd rather pay someone else who will stand by their work, do it on time, properly fix the area for more than their warranty period, and actually treat their customers like neighbors or even just human beings going through a crazy world. In summary, choose ANYONE else and let this be a warning...

The service was good. They followed up and made sure that everything was okay.

They were very prompt and extremely professional. They checked in with us everyday. They finished on schedule. We will be commissioning them to complete the other half of our roof when the time is upon us.

I had about given up. Two major roofing companies tried for two years each and could not find the problem. 
I interviewed three new companies. Steven Payne listened and diagnosed it correctly. His repair man, Mark, found the problem and repaired it and resealed. Two rains so far and no problems!
Very professional and complete integrity. Mark Finley is a rare gem as a roofer. Very smart and honest.

Todd Payne came out when he said, looked over the job and
said they would send an estimate E-Mail in a couple of days. As he stated in a
couple of days I received an estimate. I called and told him to set up a time
to do the job. They sent me an E-Mail on the date and time and his crew showed
up on time and did the repairs exactly what was agreed on. I would definitely
have them again.

Payne and
Sons Roofing get an A++++ from me. I needed my flat roof over the garage
coated. Their price was very competitive, but it was the quick response to any
questions, ease of scheduling, and the after the job follow through/cleanup
that is truly priceless. When I need my tile roofing job done, I may not get
other quotes. I have already found a roofing company that does quality work and
is also honest and trustworthy. That is a rare combination in today?s world.

Upon agreeing to have the work done at the quoted price, we were placed on their schedule. They were running about 6-8 weeks out for starting the work.  The crew came out the day that we were told they would.  They came out each day by 6 am and worked throughout the day. Very polite crew.  Work was finished within their timeline.  The crew did a great job cleaning up each day before they left.  Their quote provided for the replacement of up to 200 tiles.  They replaced almost 300 on our house at no additional cost to us.  At the end of the job, they scheduled a walk through/ inspection to explain and examine the work that had been done.  They came back out the next week to take care of a couple of issues that were found during the walk through.  Overall, I am very happy with the work that was done and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to have roofing work done on their house.

Prompt attention, photos of problem areas included with quote, contractor provided temporary tarp to prevent further leaks until work could be completed, repairs completed in less than a day. Project was finished 3 weeks earlier than originally quoted. Five-year workmanship warranty. Would use again.

Second time using Payne. Both times the telephone contact was pleasant and right on, the visit to look at the roof was within a couple of days and the repair was scheduled within a week. Something special since we had recently had monsoon rains and wind. But best of all, the men who came to do the repair arrived on time and went to work immediately after letting me know they were here.  They were polite, worked quickly and quietly and cleaned up everything when they were finished,

Their prices are reasonable and competitive. They were very prompt, and they came out to analyze it at no charge. They took pictures of the roof and they did a good job.

Payne and Sons was a great company both in terms of quality work, customer-oriented service, and reasonable price for the quality work. The estimates were done promptly and with all necessary photos showing the damage and issues needing repair itemized and priced out for easy reference. They seemed to know what they were doing and showed great confidence on the required repairs to the roofing. Basically the defective part of the roof and the underlayment was fixed and replaced. I asked for a got all the photos during their repair job which was a great way to confirm the work done. All throughout the process the point of contact was personable, professional, and even provided various pointers and advice on longer term care for the roof. Most of all, they did quality work and their price seemed reasonable.

Overall it went well and a nice job done.   It was 2 days of work effort.
They did interrupt my job for a day to attend to an issue at some larger and more important client.
They cleaned up well and the overall effect is an improved roof, not merely a redo of what was there.

Very professional.  They took pictures of everything so I was able to show my boss which was great because it is so hard to know exactly what is wrong with your roof.  We were able to see what they repaired, before and after.  The payment options were very reasonable.  They were very easy to work with - I would definitely use them again.

They were able to get us scheduled timely.  The guys came out and did a great professional job.  They completed the work for the estimated price.  From the estimate to the final repair we were very pleased with their service.  We will definitely utilize Payne & Sons for any future roofing needs.

I got several estimates and their price was very fair.  They stayed within the estimated price and did not have any surprise expenses throughout the project. The one thing he said he was unsure about when giving the estimate would be replacement of the plywood, so he factored the price of that into the estimate. I felt very comfortable with them. They are an honest and reliable company. I definitely would use them again in the future and I'd highly recommend them.

The job cost me $12000. They were punctual and did what they said they would do. They gave me an estimate and stayed within that estimate. The guy did everything on time. I will use them again in the future.
