Contacts were by phone and email. Sent me detailed list of what had to be done to do repair. Completed next week after hiring him. Completed in time estimated to accomplish. While on job, answered all my questions about the repair process. Billing was same as estimate. He bid 2 times lower than one company and 5 times lower than another from your list.
