THIS BID INCLUDED MUCH MORE THAN OTHER QUOTES FOR LESS MONEY. THE OWNER REALLY LISTENED TO OUR WISHES AND EVEN TOOK US SHOPPING FOR PLANTS TO FIND OUT EXACTLY WHAT TYPE OF VEGETATION WE WANTED. THE OWNER AND STAFF WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THE FOLLOW UP HAS BEEN EXCELLENT, AS WELL. ONE EXAMPLE IS THAT WE NEEDED TO RESET OUR LAWN IRRIGATION TIMER AND WE COULDN'T REMEMBER THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN TO US, SO THE OWNER CAME OUT AS SOON AS WE CALLED TO RE-INSTRUCT US.
