vacuum cleaners
+ -1 moreIt seems to have worked out fine in all areas. Please see above comment. I have air filters as well and they have repaired those to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: They have performed factory authorized service for me before and I have found their work to be excellent. This time, the beater bar would not turn. I thought it was a belt-drive problem until the intake clerk turned it upside down to check the condition of the bar. She discovered an heirloom ring (!) had gotten caught in the bar housing and was preventing the bar from turning. We retrieved the ring (and took it to the jewelers' for cleaning and sizing) and left the vacuum for cleaning and a new beater brush. Turn around was within normal time span - less than 4 days. Price was average for an overhaul, new parts and bag-cleaning. I have Oreck products so I will use them again.
