Ocotillo Animal Clinic & Pet Resort

They are outstanding. I can't say enough about them. It's the quality of the doctors there and the staff. That's everybody. I just can't say enough. When you're in trouble they help you out, when it's just general they are there. I don't know what else to say. They go out of their way to help you. They are not in for home visits, but again, they made an exception and that's what they're like. It all depends on what you have to go for, but they are in line, definitely, for what they charge. I have friends that go other places and these visits, just the office visits, it's right in line. What I like too, a couple years ago, if you got your dog the Parvo shot, you had to get it every year. They came out with things that were like a 3 year shot and they were right with it. It's not that they don't keep up with things, they really do. They are a really good veterinarian.

I use basically Dr. Robson and Dr. Piper. They do have other vets. So far, this is who I've used. I have been using Ocotillo Animal Clinic since I moved here in 2000.

We are new to the area and needed a quality vet, so we called several vets listed on Angie's List and stopped by a few local offices not listed. From my first phone conversation with RoseMarie at Ocotillo, I had a positive feeling about this vet's office. Their schedule was booked, but they accommodated us by fitting us in as soon as possible the day we called. (Not so at a few other offices, where a day or two later was the earliest possible opening.) Several of our cats and dogs have been put to sleep over the years and we have had good experiences with the veteriarian services we received, but Ocotillo was by far the best and the most helpful for this painful experience. Including the veterinarian, we met five staff members, all of whom were truly compassionate and caring. Because our girl's back legs were affected by her weakened condition and was unable to walk without pain, the staff from Ocotillo came out to our car and carried her in on a stretcher. She was brought immediately into her room and was placed on a comfortable bed with a cozy blanket. The experience is a bit of a blur for me, but I recall Lori and Brittany explaining what would happen, petting her and speaking to her in a way that made her feel relaxed--basically, doing everything possible to make our girl feel comfortable until her last moments when the wonderful vet provided the final shot. They treated her with respect and compassion, and they comforted me as well to help me through this dark time.
The price and service at Ocotillo Animal Hospital were outstanding, and I recommend this vet's office highly for the best possible care of a family pet. We have a young cat and he will surely come to this office for his shots and any other services he needs.

Their veterinarians are very good and I try to use Jeff Piper or Robin the lady veterinarian as well. The veterinarians and staff are very good at this business. They are very up to date with their equipment and they are very responsible as well.

The people at Ocotillo Animal Clinic were friendly. I had an appointment and they were on time. I was pleased on the way they handled my dogs. Overall they provided me a very good service.

Very kind and patient with the dog. reassured my daughter the dog's and quot;chippedand quot; tooth is just from wear and tear.

They were great. They treated our animals and they're fine. We will use their services again in the future.

They were very good at handling him--he was a little bit nervous. They were able to calm him down very easily.

It s the only place I would go, and I ve been going there ever since I moved here 3 years ago. The doctors are nice, friendly, and always willing to explain things that might be wrong with your pets thoroughly. They are a great animal clinic.

Very nice and personable, but they were a little expensive.

After having two other veterinarians examine our dog, with no positive treatment or recommendations, Dr. Piper determined that the growth on our pet was a cancer tumor that could be removed. His operation and follow-up treatment were highly successful. Our dog has fully recovered with no visible affects.

THEY WERE FANTASTIC and SHOWED A LOT OF COMPASSION FOR US DURING THE SITUATION. THEY WERE ABLE TO HELP US OUT IMMEDIATELY and FOLLOWED UP WITH US TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS FINE.

DR. TRACY KORMOS AND THE ENTIRE STAFF AT THE CLINIC ARE WARM, POLITE, COMPASSIONATE PEOPLE. THEY WERE PROMPT AND ON TIME WITH ALL OF OUR APPOINTMENTS. THEY MADE SURE THAT WE UNDERSTOOD ALL THE PROCEDURES BEING PERFORMED AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS THAT WE HAD REGARDING OUR NEW PUPPY.

THE VET IS VERY THOROUGH AND CARING. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS SERVICE.
