It is a family owned business that has a local reputation to protect; consequently thy do. The price is very competitive, but the more important to me was the response to the request , the written contact and most important George (owners son) was present every day to supervise the work . Excellent work and on time.

There was some drama about insurance as we are from the NY area and asked to have them issue a COI with US as the cert holder. They refused and said that "we don't do that out here. we've never been asked to present that. If you want us to do this, we'll pack up and walk away. When all was said and done, they did NOT issue us a COI but we went ahead anyway and they did a great job.

Repaired my roof that was leaking, the first time it rained the roof was still leaking. I sent this contractor an email and he did call me the next day. This was January 1.2019 Today is February 7. Still has not come out to fix the leak. Has only called me the one time and has not responded to any of my emails. The roof still leaking. I am glad I did not repair the drywall yet. Today February 9, the crew came out and found out why my roof was leaking. They fix my roof for no EXTRA charge.

Fast, on time, friendly & courteous, took his time & made sure everything he touched was in working order B 4 moving 2 next item, even re-doing the bathroom faucet that leaked (brand new faucet purchased from Ace) he was an all round good guy that had my trust. Especially watching his work ethics & performance as I stood by & observed. Thank you 4 his company's name as a suggestion 2 use!

They are timely; however, I can't see what they did to improve my roof. They said they sprayed a clear protective coating on my shingles to help preserve and seal them. Can't tell any difference. Shingles still appear loose and lifted. They claim the coating is opaque when it goes on and dries clear because "you don't want to change the color of your roof." I feel like I've been had.

They did an awesome job! I appreciated them doing what they did.

Owner Ted was timely and took care of repairing my roof, and my neighbor's roof, quickly. He gave me a price and fixed the roof in the same day. Price was higher than I might have found with a local handyman, but I wanted it done before another storm hit and Ted was able to make that happen on the same day he gave me a quote. Timely service made it worth the extra money. Plus, he did give me a discount off the original bid.

I understand its hard to give an accurate estimate until the tiles are lifted, but actual cost was more than double the estimate.
