Baseline Sprinkler company was excellent

Tile fell of roof and others ready to come down as well. Worried about rain damage we wanted a fast repair. Mission Home Improvement came right away and did the work the next day. As far as we can tell it looks like a good repair. Time will tell.

I selected Mission Home Improvement from Angi's List. DON'T TRUST THE WRITTEN ESTIMATE THEY GIVE THE COST WILL LIKELY CHANGE AT THE START OF THE PROJECT. Yes I hired Mission Home Improvement. I have an issue with them as follows: 1. 6-18-2023 Ted gave me an estimate of $17,000.00 to replace the entire roof, patio roof complete replacement and painting of the new wood. 2. 6-20-2023 I gave Ted a deposit of $5000.00 to start the job. 3. 6-21-2023 Crew arrived with materials to begin the job. His brother showed up (supposedly the carpenter) and now the cost was $26,000.00 to do the job. No choice but to agree since the roof needed replacing immediately and the deposit check had already been cashed. I feel this was bait and switch tactics. 4. I have no issue with the crew, they did a good job. 5. I was now told that they could paint the entire outside of the house and NEW WOOD for an additional charge of a few thousand dollars more. I declined the painting of the house as I could NOT TRUST them not to change the cost once an agreement had been reached. The workers were very good, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I HAVE NOT COMPLAINT WITH THE CREW!

Cost a little more then expected, but they did the job on time, and with great workers, and quality work and materials .

Amazing experience Ted the owner was incredible work and even supported work that was out of warranty for years later from the install that he did I would hire them again in a minute and would recommend them to my friends and family

Work was completed as quoted. The team did an excellent job of cleaning up after completion. Most important for this job, they were able to get a crew out less than a week after quoting the work.

I live out of state and they were very easy to work with. Job was done fast and before and after pictures were taken of the job. Ted keep me informed. It was completed in a short time. I would highly recommend them.

In my opinion they are not honest. They told me I had a rotten piece of plywood under the shingle of my 4 yr old roof, said that the installer of the new roof never replaced the shingles under the solar and that the vents were not sealed with tar. Said the installer of the 4 yr old roof used substandard materials and in two yrs i would need to replace it. He lifted one side of the roof plywood and said i had a rotten beam. I believed him. He replaced and repaired it. Was it necessary? They said they would replace the plywood seal all the vents replace the shingles. He did replace the plywood but I don't know that it was rotten. Never showed me. I had another roofer come out to check my roof. Didn't tell him about what I had your guy do and asked him about the condition of my roof. He said it was fine in good shape except the vents in the front needed to b sealed. Your contractor said he would seal ALL vents. He didnt. Your contractor said the shingles under my solar were bad and were the old ones never replaced when the new roof put on not true. He used my stress to make unnecessary repairs, lappears to have lied about the shingles under the solar so what else did he not tell the truth about or exaggerate?? I won't use Angie's list again. I thought u vetted these contractors. These were no better then any other scam on elderly people out there. Extremely disappointed.

The guys from Mission were great to work with. George and Ed we very efficient and made sure to keep me posted on the status of the roof job. They were on time and worked diligently to get the job done. They were very thorough in checking the roof for additional problems. I would definitely call them again for any issues.

Arrived on time daily, finished job in time quoted, had a full crew working daily, friendly and kept me informed of progress or obstacles daily. Quality of work was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company. Very Professional.

They were on time and worked all day with only 1 break for lunch. They worked very hard.

I hired these guys to replace underlayment on my tile roof. They appeared to be doing a good job. However, we put our home up for sale recently and the inspector found this company did not do a complete job. I called them to come and fix it and they wanted to blame the inspector for breaking tiles, they would not talk about what they did not do. I asked for a paper with their name on it stating they had made corrections and Ted W. Said to me *You are part of the problem, you are costing me $1500 - $2000*. I just let him go off I wanted the job done and done right. He was rude to me, I asked for them to take pictures to show that the repairs had been made and he sent me 2 pictures of his guys on the roof. My neighbor who also had her roof replaced by them is going to have it inspected by another company for fear they did not do a complete job. When they left they left a mess in our yard that my husband has to clean up. If I had this to do over again I would not hire them.

They were on time with a full crew and they did not know if they got the job or not. We decided because they were very professional and everything I had on my inspectors list because we sold the home they did. They made our day not to say a PERFECT JOB

Really great people, take their service seriously. They are a little pricey, but the quality of their work is definitely worth it, and their customer service is outstanding. I have a large two-story concrete tile roof that needed the underlayment replaced and their crew worked like a machine. The owners stayed on the premises for the entire three days to supervise. My neighbor hired them after watching them work on my roof and they brought out a second large crew to do the underlayment and repairs that roof which was done in one day during the same time my roof was being done. They have the resources and the talent to get your job done professionally and quickly.

He showed up on time and reattached 3 loose tiles. He checked the underlayment and did not charge us a cent. He was great!!!

I thought I only needed someone to fix 3 or 4 tiles that had come loose but they told me that the whole roof needed replacing due to water damage. I do not know if that was true but I went along with it. Then they started out giving me what they said was a lower price and then twice in the middle of working on it they raised the price. I think I was foolish going along with this but as a single old woman, I did not know what else to do. Now I am trying to figure out how to pay the 3 credit cards I used to pay for it. Thankfully, it only took them 2 days to do the job so when my friend came over I did not have to tell them what I had done.

Home advisor connected me to this company for a roof repair and we spoke on the phone about coming out for an estimate. The next day, around 3, I called after not hearing anything about when they would come out for the estimate. The person who answered the phone had no recollection of speaking with me or my address. However, I know we did speak because I read the work needed directly from a sheet and he answered the same way the second phone call with just ?Hello? (which is strange to not even mention the name of your business when answering a phone call). He said he would look into it and give me a call back but I have not heard anything. When we first spoke I told him these repairs were for my home to sell so there is a schedule to adhere to. Now time to find a different company to try to get out here and give an estimate in a shorter time frame than originally.

I hired this company to do some roofing repair. One of the owners was always onsite to apprise me of issues, what needed to be done and didn't proceed until I gave the okay. Even though I have solar, they disconnected and reconnected it without issue. They did a thorough cleanup prior to leaving the property.

They found and fixed a error the original builder missed when attaching the face board. They respected my household and property. They answered all my questions and thanked me for choosing them. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
