We communicated by email which was very effective. Omar and his team arrived promptly and got the work done quickly which we really appreciated. They were very efficient and the cost was extremely reasonable.

Miguel and wife, Betty estimated the job and began work the next day. Entire job was completed within one week. Workers were friendly and efficient. Fantastic job.

He eventually did a good job but it took several trips and one call to finish the job. It was 110and deg; and they were doing it by hand using mattocks so not an easy job given the temperature.

Overall a very good experience... Phone calls always answered or promptly returned. Miguel, his wife and son are professional and easy to deal with, they really want the customer to be satisfied. Miguel and his crew have also done a gas fire pit and brick work for my sister and have torn out an old cracked walkway and replaced it with a beautiful brick walkway at my Mom's house. Want to see pictures of some of their work? I don't know the URL but it is easy to find.... just Google Miguel's Landscaping Chandler and you can see some of their handywork.

The cement is great. The drip is great. Everything else is dead. One of my two trees died within a month. The grass is about 50% dead. Miguel himself provided the sprinkler times and intervals. When I called, they would not come the 2.5 miles from his corporation's address to "see" the tree for over a month. When I asked for his last name, which was omitted on the contract, they said they'd see me in court. They hung up on me 3 times because I just wanted someone to come out in the next week just to look at my tree! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"WELL TO MAKE THIS LONG STORY SHORT. HE RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE FOR REMOVING GRASS DUE TO DAMAGE OF HIS TWO LARGE DOGS. HE WANTED NEW SOD KNOWING WHAT THE DOGS DID TO EXISTING GRASS. WANTED TO ADD 2 TREES AND CONCRETE WORK WHERE THE DOGS WHERE DIGGING IN BACK OF HOUSE. VERY HEALTHY GREEN SOD AND HEALTHY TREES WAS INSTALLED. NOW THAT THE DOGS KILLED 50%% OF SOD AND A TREE, HE WANTS MIGUEL TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY HIS TWO LARGE DOGS. THE SOD WAS NEVER MENTION IN ANY CALLS MADE BY HIM THAT IT WAS DIEING IN SPOTS. MIGUEL WAS GOING TO REPLACE THE TREE ON JUNE 13 KNOWING THAT THE DOGS KILLED IT SO HE COULD BE HAPPY, BUT HE DEMANDED MIGUEL TO GO WITH IN 24 HOURS,OR HE WAS GOING TO MAKE COMPLAINTS EVERYWHERE ABOUT US TO GIVE US A BAD NAME. HE WAS NOT GOING TO WAIT UNTIL JUNE 13, 2007 TO HAVE ANOTHER HEALTHY TREE. HIS FINAL PAYMENT WAS DUE ON FINISHING DATE, PAYMENT WAS MADE 51 DAYS LATE. THEN AFTER FINAL PAYMENT WAS SENT, 12 DAYS LATER HE CALLED SAYING TREE WAS DEAD. TANA GAMEZ-RECEPTIONIST"
