THE DRYER WAS THE SECOND LEAST EXPENSIVE ONE I FOUND. I LIKE THE WARRANTY & THE COMPANY. EVERYTHING HAS WORKED OUT WONDERFULLY SINCE I DID NEED THAT WARRANTY.

I ALSO CALLED THE SALESMAN ABOUT QUESTIONS THAT DAY, HOW LONG BEFORE COOLED, WHAT THE EXTRA PLASTIC HOOK WAS FOR- (THINGS I COULD HAVE LOOKED UP IN THE OWNERS MANUAL, BUT HE (BOB) ASSURED ME TO CALL HIM ANYTIME WITH ANY QUESTION SO I DID! THE MAYTAG STORE WAS AN ALL AROUND COMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE.
