Electric stove burner wouldn't turn off. Technician came out within one day which was good. I was away but my daughter was home when technician came. Technician couldn't replicate issue. I came home and turned the burner on for 10 seconds and immediately found the same issue. Apparently technician decided it wasn't important to let the burner get even remotely warm in order to see if it would then not turn off. Needless to say I won't be using this company.

"The burner was turned on and off literally 25 times, it was fully heated up and worked properly each time.Your daughter was shown this and was told to have you call if it happened again, instead you went right to a poor review. We would have gladly come right back and and fixed the issue. We provide only excellent customer service but we have to be told there is an issue."

The person show up took a look at my Appliance, took my money and didn't hear from him. It's been almost a month. When I call him, he doesn't respond. At least a phone call or Text to keep me informed.
