I was very pleased with it. I would use them again in the future if needed and I would refer them also.

After looking online for a dishwasher, we decided to purchase a Bosch (the one that's highly rated by Consumer Reports). Found one at Chandler Lowe's. Salesperson was very friendly and helpful. He found free install rebate for me (which I did not know existed), plus the unit was on sale. Lowe's contracted the install to a 3rd party, whose service rep was prompt, courteous, and performed the flawless install. We are happy campers.

Now we are looking at a new fridge, and will be going back to Lowe's for more comparison shopping / pricing.

Customer Service is a thing of the past at Lowe's. Cashiers are more interested in chatting with their co-workers instead of talking to you, the customer. And forget about friendly if you need to return something. You would think the cashier at the Return Desk was going to have to pay it out of "their" own pocket. Take a close look at the prices at Lowe's, they tend to be slightly higher than Home Depot. Take a quick picture of the item and price, then take it to Home Depot, they will match and beat it by 10% if it's the exact same item.

Horrible once the order was paid for. They did not perform the actual installation, and their contractors did pretty good work. However, Lowe's is completely unresponsive, they would never ever call back when we called, which was often due to the insanely large number of ordering problems with Lowe's. It would take too long to describe the multiple problems, but to summarize, they never ordered our product replacement parts for two months after constant reminders from us and the contractor, they do not call back when they state they will (this is everyone in the store, including the management). They initially told us a time of 6 weeks to remodel which was completely a lie. Every order they did place had mistakes and often sent to the wrong address or to the store which would then become lost. The design was incorrect, creating lag times in more parts reorders. The designers are really just sales reps. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

LOWES CONTRACTED THE CABINET INSTALL TO SEVENTH HEAVEN CONSTRUCTION AND THE COUNTERTOP INSTALL TO FRENCH QUARRY. THE FRENCH QUARRY GUYS WERE GREAT. THEY CAME ON TIME, FINISHED ON TIME AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THE SEVENTH HEAVEN GUYS WERE NOT BAD EITHER. THEY WERE VERY HARD TO FIND, AND THEY WERE PRICEY. THE REASON I WENT WITH LOWES INSTALL IS BECAUSE I ASSUMED I WOULD NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH EACH AND EVERY CONTRACTOR AND THAT THE INSTALL SALES WOULD MOSTLY TAKE CARE OF THINGS. THAT DID NOT ALWAYS TURN OUT TO BE THE CASE. THE SALES PERSON WAS SHORT ON DESIGN AND LONG ON SALES. A WORD OF ADVICE ON ANYONE WHO WANTS TO GO WITH A LARGE COMPANY LIKE LOWES FOR YOUR KITCHEN REMODEL - MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT, THE SALES PERSON WILL TRY TO HELP BUT NOT A WHOLE LOT. IF I HAD TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN, I MIGHT GO WITH A SMALLER BUT REPUTABLE GENERAL CONTRACTING COMPANY WHERE IT MIGHT BE EASIER TO GET IN TOUCH WITH PEOPLE.

EMPLOYEES WERE PUNCTUAL AND COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKLY. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB, AND ALL OF THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL.
