I ordered the carpet in advance since I needed the carpet done within a week.  The sales associate said this wasn't going to be an issue of timing since they had the carpet in stock.  When they pulled the roll of carpet down it wasn't even close to the color of the sample.  Needless to say I was delayed another week due to the wrong carpet.  Then the install process is handled by a third party that has no care in the world about service.  You have to play a three way tango with Lowe's, a third party that you don't know, and then yourself.  I had to go to the store 5 times and had to be at my house for an appointment three separate times.  Save yourself the trouble and go straight to a carpet dealer instead of using a middle man like Lowe's.

I purchased the door at Lowes, and they sent contracts out to do the installation. It went well.

It was all good; they were professional, prompt and answered all of my questions. I was working with another company but there was a struggle getting an estimate; we kept going back and forth and it was taking forever so I just went to Lowe's to get another comparison bid and it went so smoothly that I just decided to go with them.

They were very good and did "A" work. The price was fair. We talked to sales staff, quality control staff and the contractors that were on site and they were all excellent. They were punctual and courteous. They did quality work and the price was great. It was a good experience.

I would use Lowe's services again in the future.

I went to Lowe's, talked to Rick, and chose the doors I wanted. Both doors were in stock (at Home Depot the security door would've taken 2 weeks to get ordered!). Rick was very nice and knowledgeable. I paid $35 to have the installer, Schlagel, come out and take measurements (applied to the bill). After talking to Cindy at Schlagel. The installer was scheduled to arrive between 8-9 am on my available day. Mike and another co-worker arrived at 9am and had put on both doors including 4 locks, in about 3 hrs. They had to install some extra wood and new molding to fit right, plus caulking (you pay $50 extra for this). There was no extra charge to haul away the old door. Both men were polite and cleaned up the area after finishing. Lowe's contacted me afterwards to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction.

They are not cheap but they are good and reliable.

Overall went well. Price was lower than several competitors that I shopped. Quoted 2-3 weeks for the blinds to be made, but actually only took around 10 days. Installation was a breeze; very friendly and courteous, and right on time. My only gripe - any time you have something installed by Lowes, their install sales department calls endlessly to make sure everything goes OK. I appreciate the follow-up, but it's a little overbearing.

It is a good insulation. I have no complaints. They were punctual. I would hire them again in the future.
